How To Add Avatars (little pictures of your choice next to your posts):

Go to your user PROFILE page by cliking the link at the top of the page. On the next screen, go to the list of links to the left and click AVATAR. There are two choices for pointing to your avatar picture, by URL or by uploading. Use the URL option to link to an image on the internet by typing (or copy/paste) the URL of the image in the box. Use the upload option to upload an image from your computer. Type the location into the box, or use the Browse button to find it on your hard drive. After you have the image information in the appropriate box, click SAVE, and you're done!

Note: Avatar images can be no larger than 150 (width) x 200 (height)pixels, and no greater than 64K in size.

How To Add Signatures (statements always added to your posts):

Go to your user PROFILE page by cliking the link at the top of the page. On the next screen, go to the list of links to the left and click SIGNATURE. Type the information that you want to use for your signature. You can include images (but only using URLs, not attachments). You can use the Preview Signature button to see how your signature will look. Once you are satisfied with it, click the SAVE button. Under the PREFERENCES link on the left of the page, you may click the box stating, "Always attach my signature". It is set on "no" as the default setting. If you do not want to set the default as "yes" you may show your signature with eath post of your choice. Before you save your post, select "show signature" at the bottom of the post.
