    Boy Scouts Empty Boy Scouts

I saw on the schedule on Kettlefoot.com that the Boy Scouts were going to be there until 9:30 (AM or PM wasn't specified)on Saturday.
I went to the range before 9:30 but got to thinking am I allowed to shoot before 9:30 or what so I headed back home.
I never saw any signs not to shoot or that the Scouts had full use of the range or what.
So to try to not cause any controversy or a appearance of uncaring on my part I left.
So with that being said what is the rules concerning this type of situation?
Can one shoot? Can one not shoot?
Can we shoot but should we not shoot in order to keep down hard feelings and the "GP" of it?
We have some good kids there and I hope they did get some range time in.
If they did I bet they had fun.

The Scouts do not tie up the entire facility....Just a few stations on the rimfire range and a couple of shotgun ranges and they only use these part of the day.
You would have been fine shooting today.
