Is the gate working?

Was out to the club Wednesday (July 6, 2011)evening and the gate was open and would not close with my code. Did not seem to have a public event going on. Again this evening july 10 the gate was open. Would not close. Entered #4digit code, heard a beep and nothing. Only one other car at rifle,, none at clubhouse. Not sure if gate is not functioning or my number is not activated?

The last storm fried the computer. We are getting the parts to repair, and hope to have it fixed soon.
